Liability
'ID on Me Australia' shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained by any person arising directly, or indirectly as a result of any information or lack of information stored on any ID Products.  'ID on Me Australia' shall not be liable for any lost or missing persons while wearing any ID products.

It is the 'customers' responsibility to check the information is up to date and correct on all ID's.

Products are not to be used as an alternative to close parental supervision.  We at 'ID on Me Australia' recommend supervision of children at all times.

Ordering
All products can be viewed and ordered in the Products / Onine Shop page.  Browse through the product categories listed to view more infomation.  When you have found the product you wish to order click ‘Add to Cart’. You can continue shopping for all required products and then proceed to the checkout to complete your order.  Please choose your preferred payment method and shiping.  Order's will be shipped after full payment is received. 

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to our website for our current prices.

Product Availability
We try to ensure all of our products are available at all times but unfortunately sometimes this is not possible. If any products you order are not available we will contact you immediately. You have the choice to wait until the products are ordered in, or replace the product with another available one.

Payment Methods
We accept payment by eiter Direct Credit, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.  Please note that full payment must be received before your order is shipped.

Total Price
Final payment price at checkout includes all items purchased, postage and applicable tax for Australian customers only. 
International customers may be charged value added tax, sales tax, or custom duties by the Customs of your country, those charges are your responsibility and you understand that any products you acquired from this web site are subject to such taxes and duties.

Use of Information Collected
All personal information collected (such as your email address, billing and shipping address, contact phone numbers etc) is to be used for order processing and communications by us only. We will not disclose or sell any information to other parties.  However we cannot be held responsible for any information that may in the unlikely event be retrieved by hackers from our server.  

Credit Card Details
Uless specifically requested by yourself in writing, Credit card payment details are not kept on file other than a copy of the receipt for our taxation purposes. Your credit card details will not be disclosed to other parties for any reason.

Shipping

All orders will be sent within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.  Sometimes circumstances beyond our control prevent this from happening but please be assured we will contact you direct should this occur.  For this reason we highly recommend a contact telephone number when ordering.

All items are send Australia Post - Parcel Post with tracking included.  

Postage is charged as outlined below:

Flat rate postage for all items $9.95
​Express post $14.95

Please note:  We are happy to forward up to three small items (Bracelets, Charms, Lack Locks) by standard postage which costs $4 through Australia Post but THERE IS NO TRACKING WITH THIS OPTION - Please message us direct as we eill need to adjust your invoice.

ID on Me Australia cannot be held liable for packages lost by courier or delivery services. If you require Registered Post please let us know (there is an additional $3.50 charge for registered post).

Note: Collection from Brisbane Warehouse is possible and no shipping will be charged.

Warranty

All our products (excluding Sharpie pens) have a 6 month warranty for Manufacturers Defects.  Please note this warranty does not include any adjustments made after purchase (as we cannot guarantee the workmanship) or problems arising from incorrect use or wear.  Replacement or refund may only be possible if the product is actually faulty.

Problems / Returns

Any problems at all please contact us via email on sales@idonme.com.au

Should a refund/exchange for be required please contact us to discuss.  Any refunds/exchanges are offered less postage costs.  Products must be returned in their original condition and we cannot accept torn packaging or used items.  Should your order be fulfilled incorrectly we will happily exchange and cover the postage costs.

If you need to return a purchase we recommend you use registered post. We cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit.

All sales become final after 14 days and no refund or exchange is possible.
